Books
Because some of these books address trauma with unblinking honesty, sometimes in
unflinching detail, be gentle with yourself as you read them.
Remember to breathe, and take frequent breaks to check in with yourself
about how you're responding to the information. Make yourself a list
of things to do when you get anxious, or read mine.
These books can be found at your favorite independent bookstore, or at
Powells.com.
